What is the role? 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented business and facilities operations manager to take charge of our Mclean, VA headquarters. Your role will entail multifaceted responsibilities, ranging from providing administrative support and overseeing office supplies to orchestrating various office-related tasks and cultivating an atmosphere that embodies warmth and professionalism for our employees, partners, and visitors. Your astute attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and adeptness at handling sensitive information will be key to your success. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Be the welcoming face and first point of contact of Eco Financial, extending a gracious and professional reception to visitors and guiding them with precision. 
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism when dealing with confidential and sensitive documents and information, maintaining the integrity of the company’s reputation. 
  • Uphold the aesthetics and functionality of key office areas including the reception, common areas, and conference rooms, adhering meticulously to office procedures and building regulations. 
  • Shoulder the responsibility of maintaining a well-stocked and organized office environment, ensuring supplies are readily available for a seamless workflow. 
  • Collaborate effectively with property/building management for seamless execution of routine maintenance and timely repairs, ensuring the office environment is conducive to productivity. 
  • Exhibit proficiency in operating and maintaining a range of office equipment, promptly addressing minor issues, and coordinating repairs as necessary. 
  • Offer adept support in troubleshooting minor AV equipment glitches, enabling the uninterrupted flow of presentations and communication. 
  • Actively participate in wellness, life, and safety initiatives, contributing to the scheduling and organization of events that promote employee well-being. 
  • Oversee contracted services provided by external vendors, guaranteeing compliance with contract standards and the highest levels of service delivery. 

You should possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications

  • Possess at least 1-3 years of experience in Facilities/Office Services. 
  • Display proficiency in navigating Microsoft Suite, encompassing Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, wielding these tools for seamless communication and documentation. 
  • Harness your impeccable written and verbal communication skills to forge effective collaboration with key stakeholders, enhancing the overall office experience. 
  • Embrace change and adapt to evolving business needs and deadlines.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree is not required but preferred.

Job Type:

Full-Time, On-Site

Compensation Package:

From $40,000 to $55,000 Annually
